That’s why it has taken over the location of the Magnolia Ice Cream House in New Manila. Expanding, developing and building on the land where it used to be.

Robinsons Land builds on the heritage of the Magnolia Ice Cream House with a great vision: the creation of The Magnolia Town Square, the first master-planned, mixed-use high-rise residential and commercial complex in New Manila.
             
The Magnolia Town Square is envisioned to be a self-contained development composed of a residential area and a mall. Now you can enjoy all the conveniences of an urban lifestyle right where you live. For this five-hectare development, Robinsons Land chose a masterplan that creates a highly-integrated and ecologically sound environment aimed at creating a better quality of life.
             
Located within The Magnolia Town Square is The Magnolia Residences, a two-hectare residential area envisioned to be comprised of four condominium towers. Robinsons Land has commissioned ASYA Design Partner to design the towers. As one of the Philippines’ multi-awarded design firms ASYA creates an innovative design that fuses passion, creativity and the environment for The Magnolia Residences.

The location also facilitates access to main roads leading to key urban hubs like Cubao, Makati and Ortigas.
